Day 1 Arrival in Jaipur – Cultural Evening at Chokhi Dhani
- Welcome to Jaipur - the vibrant Pink City of Rajasthan!
- Today, our team will coordinate group pickups from Jaipur Airport/Railway Station according to your arrival timings. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax and freshen up.
- In the evening, step into the vibrant world of Chokhi Dhani, a traditional Rajasthani village-themed resort that brings Rajasthan's rich heritage to life!
- From colorful folk dances to thrilling puppet shows, camel rides to magic tricks, Chokhi Dhani offers a complete cultural experience that delights guests of all ages.

Day 2 Jaipur Local Sightseeing – Forts, Palaces & Pink City Charm
- After breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a full day of sightseeing in the royal city of Jaipur.
- We begin with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, known for its grand architecture and the famous Sheesh Mahal. Guests may opt for an elephant ride or jeep ride to the fort entrance.
- En route, stop for photos at the scenic Jal Mahal (Water Palace). Later, visit the City Palace, a royal residence and museum complex, followed by the Jantar Mantar, the ancient astronomical observatory.
- Stop for photos at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), then continue to the local markets where you'll find handicrafts, textiles, and gems unique to Rajasthan.

Day 3 Jaipur to Udaipur, Enroute Ajmer & Pushkar
- After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey toward the beautiful city of Udaipur, the City of Lakes. En route, we'll stop at the sacred towns of Ajmer and Pushkar.
- First, visit the Ajmer Sharif Dargah, one of the most revered Sufi shrines in India, dedicated to Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
- Then continue to Pushkar, a serene town famous for the Brahma Temple (one of the very few temples in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma) and the holy Pushkar Lake surrounded by ghats.
- After sightseeing, proceed toward Udaipur. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Aravalli hills and countryside.
- Arrive in Udaipur by late evening, check in to your hotel, and relax.

Day 4 Udaipur Local Sightseeing – Lakes, Palaces & Royal Romance
- After breakfast, get ready to explore the magical charm of Udaipur, often called the "Venice of the East" and the City of Lakes.
- We begin with a visit to the majestic City Palace, one of the largest palace complexes in Rajasthan, offering stunning views of Lake Pichola and showcasing royal architecture, art, and history.
- Next, visit the peaceful Jagdish Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located in the heart of the old city.
- Later, enjoy a serene boat ride on Lake Pichola, with panoramic views of Jag Mandir and the world-famous Lake Palace.
- Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari - the Garden of Maidens - known for its lush greenery, fountains, lotus pools, and marble pavilions.
- Also explore Fateh Sagar Lake, one of Udaipur's most picturesque lakes, and drive past Sukhadia Circle and Moti Magri (optional stop).

Day 5 Udaipur to Jodhpur
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your scenic drive to Jodhpur, famously known as the Blue City of Rajasthan for its iconic blue-painted houses and majestic forts.
- On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Later in the evening, you may explore the local markets of Jodhpur or simply unwind at the hotel.
- Optional: If time permits, visit the beautiful Clock Tower Market (Ghanta Ghar) and sample the famous local snacks like Makhaniya Lassi and Mirchi Bada.

Day 6 Jodhpur - Desert Adventure at Sam Sand Dunes Distance
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your drive to Jaisalmer, also known as the Golden City of Rajasthan, famous for its golden sandstone architecture and desert charm.
- By afternoon, head towards the Sam Sand Dunes, located in the heart of the Thar Desert.
- Upon arrival, check in to your desert camp, where an exciting evening awaits:

Our trip covering Pushkar, Jaipur, Ranthambore and Jaisalmer was organised by Mo (Read More)hit Kaushal wonderfully. Mohit is a great guy, very responsive to all our needs and a real go-to person. Glad to have encountered somebody who is so professional.
The accommodation provided in the various locations were quite good. These included Pushkar Fort, Ranthambore Pride, Fern Residency in Jaipur, Desert drop resort and hotel Sairafort in Jaisalmer. All the hotels were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was included in our package for all days and our group found it to be consistently good quality.
We booked a Tempo traveller for the entire trip, which proved to be a boon, as we had ample luggage with us. Parvat Singh, the driver for the 1st leg of our trip, was very helpful. He was available all the time, whenever we needed him. Our thanks to him for a comfortable trip. Also, quite knowledgeable about the history of the various places and of Hindu mythology too.
We did have a tempo traveller for the 2nd leg of our trip in Jaisalmer too. The driver was Madan. There were some gaps in his communication with our group, which I will detail in the next section.
The tour itinerary for most part was strictly followed. Only in Jaisalmer, we did have few small changes like visit to Sand Museum and War Museum, which our members liked.
Soon after we landed in Jaisalmer, our driver Madan said that his boss told him (Read More)that the program has changed and that we will be staying in a hotel in Jaisalmer city instead of Desert Drop resort per itinerary. We had a talk with his boss also who gave some story about power not being available at Sam Dunes. It got resolved only after we got Mohit involved in the discussion.
On the next day, when we wanted to stop at the Sand Museum, Madan insisted there was no such place, though we told him that we had seen it on the way. Finally, when it did arrive, he was surprised (to Madan’s defence, the museum was very new and was only 2 days old). Later in the evening too, we had to get Mohit’s help to get Madan to take us to the War Museum which we liked very much.

Prakash and the team worked with me to develop a personalised itinerary including car transport, hotels and tour guides across 16 days which we were able to iterate until we designed do the perfect itinerary. Importantly the final price including 5 Star accommodation was incredibly competitive and significantly below the price of similar itineraries with larger group tour operators.
In addition we had a driver, Monu , who was absolutely exceptional and made each days drive between each of our destinations both safe, engaging and enjoyable
